Paris Trip Day 1

Thank you Julie and Charles for letting us sleep over in Orlando! Thank you Julie for waking us up and driving us to catch our morning flight out to New York. We made it to New York and had to seperate because the Fiance booked his flight later and my flight was already booked. It's actually a long story, but lets just leave it like that.
He dropped me off at my terminal and off I went for the second leg of my trip to Helsinki, Finland. I am now at Helsinki Airport and waiting for my flight to Paris. It is 8:58AM here so 1:58AM in Florida and 10:58PM in California. My flight out is set for 12PM. I flew with Finnair and I have to say, they are an excellent company. I had great service and everything was clean (my wet wipes will agree). However, my peeve lies with the passengers who clearly don't understand what the overhead bins are for. I had to put my bag 4 rows back because the guy who sat behind me took the entire bin to himself! He had his carry-on and 3 shopping bags! AND he was travelling alone. The nerve! And people around me stuck their jackets and purses in the overhead bins around me.
Oh well, at least my flight was pleasant. The Fiance and I will be meeting at my terminal in Paris. Only 5 more hours and I will be there. Next time, we will do a direct flight.

UPDATE: We made it! After meeting up with the Fiance we headed out to the flat that we are renting for the week. We found a place on Airbnb.com. We just went to the ATM to withdraw cash (Chase customers don't get charged a fee for international cash withdrawal) and to the market to pick up some snacks. We are going to rest up a bit then head out for dinner. Soooo excited to explore the city tomorrow!
